Hi! I’m Courtney Andriunas, founder and principle advisor at Lifecycle Foundry.

I’ve spent 20+ years building lifecycle and revenue marketing programs at enterprise and SaaS companies including Salesforce, Tableau, Zendesk, and T-Mobile. I started Lifecycle Foundry because I kept seeing the same pattern: companies with strong teams and real ambition, underinvesting in lifecycle because they’d never seen what it could actually do for growth. That’s the gap we exist to close.

But great strategy only gets you so far without the right people behind it.

I'm passionate about supporting emerging and established leaders as they navigate the challenges that don't show up in a job description. The ambiguity. The competing priorities. The pressure to perform while still figuring out who you are as a leader. I've been there, and I know how much it matters to have someone in your corner who has done the work and will tell you the truth.

My coaching work focuses on helping marketing leaders find clarity on where they're headed, how they want to lead, and what it looks like to do meaningful work on their own terms.
